The epiphany

Galette des Rois is a snack that has been sold at the L'epiphanie Festival, which has had its origins since Roman times. It will be available on the 6th of January or 12th. Galette des Rois or King's Desserts a puff pastry made from puff pastry.  It is a thin sheet of multi-layered sheets. The French language is called La pâte feuilletée, similar to croissants, but crispy and smooth. This dessert has many flavors, such as, Al Mall, Apples, dried fruits and chocolate. Before eating, it is recommended to warm up in the oven before it is very tasty.

Inside the dessert there will be hidden secrets. Which is that when making a dessert, he will put a small doll in the filling. This doll in French called Une fève. Made from a variety of materials, such as, ceramics, plastics and gold. If anyone's snack is La fève inside, they will wear a crown and be king.

Yasothon


Yasothon is a province of Thailand, in the northeast on the Chi river. The province was established by the revolutionary council of Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn.

The province was created on 1 March 1972, when it was split off from Ubon Ratchathani province. Yasothon is about 500 km from Bangkok. Pedicabs serve the city. Tuk-tuks are prohibited. Motorcycle taxis with yellow license plates and drivers with identifying vests serve outlying areas and may take passengers about within the city limits serve the city. Yasothon bus terminal relocated  from the city centre to the Route 23 Bypass just east of the Ban Kham Noi Junction with Vittaya Thamrong Road/Rural Road YS-2018.

Sights
Phaya Tan Park : The park is surrounded by winding stream. It includes a beautiful garden, outdoor stage, playground, and health park. Phaya Tan Park is the venue for provincial fairs and festivals such as annual Rocket Festival, short boat racing, and Songkran.
